Local Housing Authority properties are privately owned by Area Housing Commission. No funds from US Department of Housing and Urban Development, State, County, or City government fund LHA properties.
Rent for tenants is based on Fair Market Rent (FMR). Applicants must meet an income requirement to be considered for any LHA properties.
